Product Overview

The control parts of the liquid flling sealing machine are composed of intelligent man-computer interface, large touch screen display/operation control panel, including temperature setting, motor speed, filling speed, direct screen display and screen control.The components of the machine which touches the filling material are made of stainless steel SUS304 and SUS316L. Transparent cover, feeding hose, feeding device are also supplied with the machine. The machine is featured with safety switch, auto-stop, soft tube positioning, photoelectric sealing control etc. During the process, hose-feeding and setting, filling and sealing, ejecting are all auto matically controlled. Digital count device is installed at the low front part of the machine. During filling process the filling head is put inside the material pot to avoid air-entrance. For high viscosity filling material, blow-off device is installed to ensure a complete sealing. Many choices of sealing type are available to meet different need of clients.

Principle Features

1.This Product have around 9 stations, can choose different station and equip corresponding manipulator to meet different type of tail folding, sealing requirement for plastic tube, laminated tubes, It is a multi-purpose machine.

2.Tube feeding, eye marking, tube interior cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, finished products discharging can be performed automatically (the whole procedure).

3.Tube storage can through motor to adjust up-down height as per different tube length. And can With external reversal feeding system, makes tube charging more convenient and tidy.

4.The mechanical linkage photo sensor precision tolerance is less than 0.2mm. reduce the chromatic aberration scope between tube and eye mark.

5.Light, electric, pneumatic integrative control, No tube, no filling. Lower pressure, auto display (alarm); The machine stop automatically if tube error or open the safety door.

6.Three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating, it won't damage the pattern outer wall of tube and achieves firm and beautiful sealing effect.
