This Emulsifier mixer is made from fine 304 stainless steel, hot water jacket, insulation layer and cladding. It has characteristics such as fast heating, constant temperature, stable vacuum, and smooth operation. It is mirror polish inside and brushed polish outside which is very easy for clean, maintenance.This machine is suitable for manufacturing liquid products (such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) it integrates mixing, homogenizing, heating, cooling, pump discharge, finished products and defoaming (optional) functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.

Principle Features

1.Bottom installation type dispersing head and SPX Pipeline type emulsifying head are optional to speed up dissolution and emulsification of materials .

2.The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of requirement,and display such data as temperature and blending rotation speed etc.

3.The all-round wall scraping mixing adopts the frequency converter for speed adjustment, so that to produce high quality products of different processes according to customer requirements.

4. the self-suction type AES dissolver can shorten dissolving time, so as to save energy consumption and shorten production period.

5.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
