Movable Stainless SS316 Storage Tank
We can make single-layer, dual-layer and three-layer stainless steel tanks with or without agitation to blend products.Fixed type or movable type is optional. These tanks are widely applied in the beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries used as blender tank, buffer tank and storage tank, which cleanable to sanitary standards.
Product Overview
The cylinder is single-layer, with polished inner and outer mirrors, equipped with discharge valve. The bottom of the cylinder is the bottom of the head. There is a mobile wheel brake under it, which is convenient for the push hand to move. Stainless steel cylinder, cylinder block, cylinder head, discharge port, valve and push handle are made of stainless steel SUS304 or 316L. They are designed according to GMP technical conditions. The inside and outside of the cylinder block are polished, the open cover is easy to lift, the cylinder bottom is flat bottom or head bottom, the discharge port is easy to discharge, can be connected with the pipeline, and is convenient for continuous feeding of various ingredients.
Configuration structure:
1. The design volume is 330L and the packing volume is 300L.
2. Storage tank type: open cover, the cover can be lifted.
3. Vientiane casters are easy to move and have brakes for easy fixation.
4. Material: SUS304 stainless steel, plate thickness 3mm, cylinder head material SUS304 stainless steel, plate thickness 2mm.
