Product Overview
Stainless steel storage tanks have the ability to resist atmospheric oxidation, that is, rust resistance, and also have the ability to resist acid, alkali, salt and other media corrosion, that is, corrosion resistance. It is widely used in the storage of various corrosive media solutions in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum dye, chemical, and food industries.
Principle:
1. Storage tanks are divided into vertical storage tanks and horizontal storage tanks, single-layer storage tanks, double-layer storage tanks and three-layer insulation storage tanks.
2. The stainless steel storage tank has reasonable equipment design, advanced technology and automatic control, and meets the requirements of GMP standards. The tank body adopts vertical or horizontal single-layer or double-layer structure, and can be filled with thermal insulation materials according to the user's requirements.
3. According to different storage capacity, it is recommended to use outdoor storage tanks for storage tanks with a storage capacity of 50-15000 L and more than 20000 L. the material is made of SUS304 imported stainless steel.
4. The storage tank has good thermal insulation performance. The attached devices of the tank are as follows: mixer, CIP cleaning spray head, manhole, temperature hole, liquid level indicator, anti bacteria breathing hole, sterile sampling port, feed and discharge ports, etc.
