  • 1. The main machine adopts a hydraulic lifting system, which can freely lift the height of the lid, and the pot body has a flip function, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning.
  • 2. The homogenization system adopts advanced triple homogenization and frequency conversion speed regulation to meet the production requirements of different processes.
  • 3. The whole machine is made of imported SUS304 material, and the contact material parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel. The tank body and pipeline are mirror polished, which fully meets the gmp standard.
  • 4. The pot body is a three-layer stainless steel structure. According to the process requirements, different media can be added to the interlayer to heat and cool the material. The heating method can be steam heating or electric heating according to customer requirements.
  • 5. The electrical control system of the equipment adopts PLC control, is equipped with a color touch screen, comprehensive and direct data display, and comprehensive monitoring of material temperature, mixing, homogenization speed, time and other data.
