• Main feature.
• 1. The equipment is equipped with a vacuum system. In the vacuum state, the materials are introduced into the emulsification pot from the oil pan and the water pot through the vacuum tube, and emulsify in the pot. After the cooking is completed, it will be discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the pot. Positive pressure discharge or dumping can be used.
• 2. The pot body structure is 3 layers, and hot/cold water is added in the middle layer to heat or cool the material. The operation is simple, safe and reliable. At the same time, there is a layer of insulation outside to prevent the temperature from escaping.
