  • 1) Heating system: electric heating and steam heating, two 9KW heating rods are installed at the bottom, and the interlayer can be filled with steam. Heating temperature display, easy to control.
  • 2)Hydraulic lifting: The lifting and lowering of the lid is carried out by using the principle of the pressure difference between the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the hydraulic cylinder, which can effectively emulsify the material under the closed condition.
  • 3) Control system: The button control is simple and convenient, and the panel is equipped with a digital time relay, which can adjust the time and speed of the homogenizer according to different materials. All the control buttons are grouped together and are clear at a glance.
  • 4) Homogenization system: bottom homogenizer. Material: SUS304 stainless steel. Homogenizer power: 11KW, speed 0-3000 rpm. Sealing form: mechanical seal. Homogeneous form: rotor and stator grinding
  • 5) Stirring system: two-way paddle, power 4KW, speed 0-80 rpm. Stirring paddle material: SUS316L stainless steel, with scraper on the paddle, material: PTFE
